I love CPO homes! It makes the whole transaction so much smoother! I like it especially when I have first time home buyers. There are no surprises and it drastically decreases the chances that a buyer will walk.
ReplyDeleteThank you for doing this! When I have a buyer interested in eight "cute homes" and only one has a CPO, guess which one is in their top two of favorite properties? Guess which one has at least a 95% chance of closing (and in my world, that means a seller AND a buyer are happy and moving into a really positive phase of their lives?) No secret there... save the drama of price fishing and a listing not appraising for some other area of your life and look at CPO homes/listings if you are wanting to buy. Again, thank you for doing this!
ReplyDeleteWhen a hope is CPO certified, this give me added confidence when protecting my buyer's interests. This takes the "drama" out of inspection and repair issues for buyer's and in general, greatly improves the entire real estate transaction experience.
